I ordered my door in September and it arrived as quoted in a little over 3 months. During the ordering process Paul was very responsive and very helpful as this was my first wine cellar project. Everything arrived exactly as promised and I am thrilled with my door!

From the moment I contacted Apex, and more specifically Tushar the process if designing, ordering and having the door delivered was seemless. Tushar is an outstanding customer agent. We emailed texted and talked on the phone for a month or so during the design of the door. He was able to answer every question I had and made suggestions that showed his obvious experience. During the design process I was emailed 4 or 5 sets of plans for the doors. I would show them to my contractor who had changes to make until the final design was set. Each time Apex sent me a new set of plans a day later without complaint until the final product was agreed upon. The delivery went well without any issues. The day of installation my contractor had a question and called Tushar who took care of it right away, again having the correct answer right away. After installation I had a couple of questions I emailed to Tushar and again as usual responded quickly politely and answered my questions correctly. The doors look amazing and are built like a vault. Even my contractor, who has been in the business for over 40 years said these are the best built doors he’s seen, right down to the tabs to secure the doors in the framing. He remarked he just installed another set of doors a month ago that were 8×8 and the doors I got were much heavier and better made. I would not hesitate to get another set of doors, or reccomend Apex and Tushar.

From start to finish, the process was so easy to order and receive my front door.

The door and frame came in a crate that was a work of art in itself.

In shipment and construction, the door is flawless. Money well spent to compliment our whole house remodel.

We are ecstatic about our beautiful front door. It arrived on Tuesday, March 18th and was installed Wednesday, March 19th. The crating was superb. So much thought went into the packaging to protect it for a long trip. When the contractors installed the doors, they all immediately pulled out their cell phones to take pictures of the door. In fact, they gathered around for quite a while to admire the door. And no doubt, it is absolutely stunning!

Incredibly happy with the turnout on the wine door we ordered (custom) from Apex Iron Doors. Kept me updated on shipping and helped with revisions on the door at the clients request. Sent CAD drawings for approval. Very pleased with the overall experience. We’ll be ordering more units for our clients.
