Slow to call me back

After getting several quotes on a set of wrought iron doors, all of which were approximately $10,000, I found Apex Iron Doors. I sent a picture of the doors I was looking for and they quoted me $5600 with $900 for the required hurricane windows. We couldn’t believe it and were skeptical but went ahead and ordered them after speaking to the reps. The doors arrived quicker than they had estimated and our home was not completed at the time. Apex offered to keep them stored and did so for 6 full months at no cost to us! They were the most accommodating, courteous and professional company that I have dealt with in my memory. The doors were in perfect condition upon arrival and are spectacular!! They honestly make the house and changed the entire look of it once installed. We love them and are so very grateful we decided to go with this company. I can’t thank them enough!

This door was a custom order for one of my clients and they were able to make the mullions small enough to accommodate their needs. The installation is very simple for these doors and they came broken down and were very easy to put together. My client is thrilled with the look and I am very pleased with the service.
